GENERAL INFORMATION
All of our accommodations are fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. These include:
- Dishes
- Tableware
- Pots and Pans
- Blankets and Pillows
- Coffee Maker
- Cable T.V.
- Some houses have telephones
You need only bring Sheets, Pillowcases, Towels, Paper products, and Soaps.
FORMS of PAYMENT
Personal checks are accepted for mailed payments 30 days prior to check-in.
A $100/$200 Security Deposit, to be held with credit card #, or a separate check, which will be returned in 30 days, if NO damages are found, long distance calls made, and house is left clean.
There will be a $5 charge for lost keys.
Master Card, VISA, and Discover accepted
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
- Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. We have to adhere to this time since all properties have to be inspected after every rental.
If you cannot make it to our office before 8:00 pm please give us a call so we can make arrangements to leave the keys.
- Final Payment: your final payment, which includes the remainder rent, tax, security deposit and inspection fee must be paid
prior to 30 days in advance of the reservation by personal check, money order, cashier's check or credit card. Any balance not
paid within 30 days of the reservation must be paid in money order, cashier's check or traveler's checks and payment must be recieved
prior to your arrival. Keys will not be posted unless your final payment has been received.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
- Check-out is at 10:00 am with no exceptions
- Have all trash removed and placed in outdoor recepticles, wash all dishes and pots and put them into cabinets.
- Please leave the property in order so it can be prepared for the next vacationers. This includes light vacuuming
and dusting.
- Please check to make sure you have not left any personal items in the unit. We cannot be responsible for items left
or their return.
- Bring all keys back to check-in office and report any damages.
RENTAL ITEMS
Rental items such as Cribs, High Chairs, and Bed Linens are available from our office. We will be happy to reserve them
for you, but you will be responsible for pick-up and returning items prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if the unit is rented for the same time period.
When we receive the deposit on the unit, then you will be refunded your reservation deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.
PET POLICY
in any properties. This rule needs to be strictly adhered to. Violators will be subject to immediate eviction, without refund of occupancy fee or damage deposit.
