GENERAL INFORMATION

All of our accommodations are fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. These include: You need only bring Sheets, Pillowcases, Towels, Paper products, and Soaps.


FORMS of PAYMENT

Personal checks are accepted for mailed payments 30 days prior to check-in.
A $100/$200 Security Deposit, to be held with credit card #, or a separate check, which will be returned in 30 days, if NO damages are found, long distance calls made, and house is left clean.
There will be a $5 charge for lost keys.

RENTAL ITEMS

Rental items such as Cribs, High Chairs, and Bed Linens are available from our office. We will be happy to reserve them for you, but you will be responsible for pick-up and returning items prior to departure.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if the unit is rented for the same time period. When we receive the deposit on the unit, then you will be refunded your reservation deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.


PET POLICY

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any properties. This rule needs to be strictly adhered to. Violators will be subject to immediate eviction, without refund of occupancy fee or damage deposit.
